I have never been convinced that the amount of money per student spent in the government school system is at all indicative of the quality of education given.
I know in the state of Washington, the average is $10,000 per student. I don't know where WA ranks in the nation, but I do know that my kids go to a private school that costs me about half that amount. And that's including tuition, ...
