No mechanical difference at all> The prodrive version has as youve mentioned a different bodykit<head lights etc> Looksmuch better in my opinion.
03 different front and back but basically the same car updated> cant remember if the interior is different

For everyday driving they'll be fine and your braking will be so much better. You'll start to find the K sport pad limits after repeated heavy braking or some track work.
If you're going to swap go for some Ferodo DS2500 or preferably some Pagid Blue Pads. You'll not go far wrong with that combination, ever.

Tyre choice perhaps.
My Type R had Wanlis (not bought by me) and in the dry was great but in the wet fecking lethal these got changed to Falken 452 the first day of damp weather
