Vermont also ran the single blue death ray rotating light until the mid 80s, I particularly like the unique paint scheme of the 70s and early 80s VSP yellow hood, roof and trunk with a green body very unusual. I used the blue lights from Johan 68 Plymouth police car kit

Thanks for the info, it's a pity 'cause the only available is the AMT one and I must say that it's became old, especially the headlight area.....

Oh joy, Oh joy that F250 again.  I guess I should be glad it's a pickup.  I was hoping for a newer one or older one but not that one again.   I will pick up one of the those GMC's.  I missed those the first time around.

The new Big T kit at any Hobby Lobby? I have been looking like crazy but no luck. I just wanted to see if anyone else has seen any there yet.

Hobby Lobby runs way behind on new kits. The Revell '32 5 window has been out for several months but I have yet to see it at any of the 6 Hobby Lobby's around where I live.

Keep in mind they have been running their popular 40% off coupon and also the 30% off kits every other week as of late, so it could be they run out before you get there! Check with an employee or a manager and ask them about the kit. They might be able to order it for you or put one aside when they come in. Given the high price of the kit, they might be stocking just one.   Mike

LOL @ the connecting the Pinto wagon with the movie  . No , my build will not include any convoluted swastika stickers ( the iconic swastika in its origin meant hope , prosperity , wealth , etc. , and not hatred ! It was used by Native Americans , Mediterreanian cultures , etc. ). Yes , the full-length version of the Blues Brothers is available , at least in the U.S. From what I can garner , it has elongated scenes such as the John...

Just look at the ihobby expo. in the what's new forum section, you'll see that all these has been materialized in plastic already, the ZR-1 and SRT-8 ACR are test shots and the others are fully painted and built up models (maybe except the Ford F-250). They're all sheduled to be released this year and in the first half of 2010... When we see plastic test shots of these, thet are closer to...

That really is a bummer! If I understand it right, the reason this kit is being released again is cause the body is more accurate than the new tool '57 kit released in the '90s some say ( not in my opinion) but to leave out all those extra goodies is not a smart move at all. If the extra goodies were included I would buy a couple of them but.. ~ Jeff

I'm sure it's only a matter of time before Revell produce it. Just like the japanese kit companies with the succesfull Nissan GT-R,they must convert the Z06 to a ZR1 easily! i will buy this one for sure!!
