i am just about to tackle an intake manifold gasket replacement on my 2002

the Hayes manual advises that you support the engine with a jack and rock it forward towards the radiator to access the manifold, it this necessary?

For the low air flow I would check the cabin filter to see if it is clogged up. It is located under the windshield
cowling. Open the hood and open up the hatch in the center of the cowling.
The not changing the flow postion I am not sure. I would start by removing the HVAC control head to see it you spot anyting wrong.

Bend the
number 85 pin out on the drl relay and put it back in. See if that fixes ur issue. The bent out pin will sit flush ontop of the fuse panel

No idea what is causing your problem right now. Suggestions to check. Make sure that the connector for the PCM coolant temp sensor--the two wire one not the single wire one--is free of
