anything is possible with a blow-through and mounting depth is from the bottom of the mounting surface to the bottom of the magnet. you also have to figure in the box thickness and excursion space

ur box doesnt have to be ported u can have sealed, i doubt it but u could put the amps on top of the box but putting them where u said might be best.

SQ subs? So I just blew one of my Infinity Kappa perfect 10.1's. Sucks! I loved those things! Does anyone have a recommendations on some replacements? I'm not going for SPL here. I listen to primarily Death Metal so I'm looking for a badass sound quality sub! I'm trying to stay low in cost. Ebay prices. Must be 10's. I'm running a Autotek Street machine 700 wrms...

i think its ur amp clipping not the sub ur sub dont cut off its more than likely its ur amp check ur connections and make sure ur electrical is good throughout

Boss Audio. Crap or not? Hey guys. Im a noob so sorry if this has been answered before but has anyone here used Boss Audio equip in there rides? Be it amps, speakers or subs, whats there quality? I doubt there comparable to pioneer or kenwood stuff but their prices seem almost to good to be true. Thanks in advance.

I have 4 of these waiting to go in my custom dash (under construction). I have yet to hear them, but have read several reviews that they make great midbass drivers. Not the greatest subwoofers, but depending what you are looking for, they could serve you well. Dont expect a lot of bass out of them and you should be happy.
