There has been talk of Dubai problems for many many months, even in mainstream media.. This was to be expected.. but of course it wasn't LOL tomorrow will tell me if I need to buy a bunch of short funds for a few months :o)

I like the property and location, sloppy big share float and others here have guarded views of management and that is being kind I think. Should become a mine, have watched but not bought it.
