Without double-checking I am fairly sure Adwords will give you cumulative conversion value as well as an individual
cost-per-conversion.
e.g. $800 revenue with clicks costing $24 per sale

? huh? a "dynamic" page means usually that it's pulled say from an mySQL dbase to enter various fields on the page with items stored therein. this can happen using ANY scripting language etc, yes, like ASP or .NET or php or whatever...there are hundreds of
scripting languages out there.
so...I'm not following. if someone clicks on an advert on a page, then they'll be taken to that ...

Only one ad will be served at a time per domain.
And yes, you may have damaged yourself by opening a second account and duplicating your campaign. A second should not be used to try to con the system.

This approach might work if there is low competition for the queries.
If there is a lot of competition and a lot of queries then you might
save a lot of money with ads for every town that each link to a landing page for that same town. In that case I would generate the landing pages for each town with a program that runs the town names through a template.

When you had created your campaign in earlier phase you must have done
proper mapping with specific theme based ad group in the campaign but late when you made the ad groups as the campaign then you lose your Quality Score what you have earned earlier this might be a reason why you are facing problem of high bid with low positions...
