The exact same thing happened to me. As above, run in XP Compatability mode and as an administrator, never fails. Here's my thread on this; Clicky.

ph btw thats an awful log. Might be worth doing it again to be honest and logging just 002 on its own, 4th gear from low down revs right up to near red line. However I think MAF readings look a little low

Cool. I always thought it went well, I do run on tesco 99 super unleaded religiously. All ready to be remapped now! Out of interest does the registered version allow OBD on other marques? It doesn't work on shareware as far as I can see. Thank you for the reply.

Ran the car the other week at RS Tuning RR day and it only made 186bhp. Now I know there is the old dyno lottery but I was first on at 10am and last time on the same rollers I made 173bhp with out the APR stage 1 and CAT back system. I was expecting around 205-210bhp maybe more if I was lucky. Don't really know what I'm looking for - so any help or advice would be much appreciated. I can ...

This worked for me, asume you running vista/ win7? instead of double clicking it to open it, right click on it and run as adminsitrator. this may work. if not reinstall vag.com but change the setup file properties with compatibilty option for xp sp2 and tick administor privliage level.

Yes, 003 and 020 are the correct measuring blocks, also try 115 & 031 and 118 & 032 although I don't know how far you can get without a registered version. Post the results and let us have a look.
