I have just PM'd you Chris with how I fit mine and where you need to
box clever a bit.
I used a rubber door stop from focus DIY (available in all other quality DIY shops too lol) and a 2" bolt and nut to fix the top boost pipe to the engine cover mount (its about 2.5" difference compared to the Golf, the car that the kit is designed for). I also modified the bracket that comes with the kit...

I really need some help here,
for the past month i have been having continual
engine trouble, i have gone through 3 egr valves in the space of 1500 miles and a new air mass meter. The car has been ripped apart by the local stealer yet first thing this morning the EML came back on..... AGAIN!!!!
Gods honet truth is that everytime that the light has come on i have been sitting on a cruise...

ok cool does the turbo have to be hybrid or can you just put a normal pd150 turbo on and see gains?

Get your service done and see what is high-lighted. I'd be asking for a
new air and fuel filter as well as a fuel treatment flush on the service then see how things go from there.

Turbo stall or compressor stall/surge is when the compressor wheel of the turbo is operating outside it's
compressor map (compressor map is defined by a number of "effieciency islands") outside of this is unstable flow inside the mechanical workings of the turbo.
This is either caused by the compressor wheel being incorrect for your application (too large) or in most cases that you'll hear on ...
