OK thanks for that. I have mine up to 1.3 BAR so far and it doesn't feel like it's choking as yet, we'll see what it's like at 1.6 BAR!

Ok, thats fine Bill. Regarding the fitting of a Ko3 Hybrid to a Ko3s set up, you are saying the outlet of the turbo on the ko3 is shorter and i will need this elbow FMR57-51 from forge so the ko3 Hybrid can fit ok? Just to be sure before i order one. Thanks again

yep. longer bolts are £1.50 each plus vat (40-45mm long for your 15mm rear spacers req'd) longer lockers avaialble yes.. 2 qualities of make.. tri-lock at £14.99/set+vat EVO ones which are Thatcham approved which are £34.99/set +vat regards

Badgerwagen is in kit form currently... 1000's of bits. stripped bare internally, devoid of all factory wiring, dash, heater, AC evaporator etc etc etc... 30kg of wiring alone has come out of it. amazed at the qty of wiring sat behind everything.. complete 'mare to remove. Going to be a lot of hours rewiring just essential stuff again. DTA S60 ecu, possible DTA LCD dash also if funds ...

How quickly could you get the fitting to mount the nozzle into a silicon, Bill? I saw it on their website yesterday, but I can't seem to find it this morning

vibratechnic front wishbone rear bush is what i would reccomend, retain the stock front bush rear beam bushes from vibratechnic are a much higher quality product than a poly bush, but their price reflects this. these are the two main bushes which will help handling. i have not seen a powerflex bush listed which is the right size as yet.. and they are currently unable to produce bushes due ...

Neuspeed ones are what I would supply. advised 25mm front and 28mm rear rears need an adaptor bracket which I supply as the bars are techically for mk2 golf, and the rear ibiza beam is narrower polo derived unit. same setup my racecar runs to good effect they come with all fixings (rose jointed ends not poly bushes) front is £132 rear is £198 rear adaptor bracket is £10 ...
