You haven't seen what meth does to a person. I know SEVERAL high functioning alcoholics. There is no such thing as a high functioning meth head. Help me understand. Everyone agrees that we need to help those on meth with rehab. Why would we want it readily available when they leave rehab. Keeping it illegal just maintains a barrier to production/distribution/usage. I am fine with the penalties for consumption being reduced and replaced...

Arrested for not tipping???
Published (2009-11-20 10:18:00)
Think about it this way: For this particular instance, the restaurant didn't require a tip. They instead upped the price of the meal by 18% due to the size. Not paying the entire bill is, as Nim said, theft. However, it's bad management and bad PR to take it this far. The restaurant should've obviously apologized for the lack of service and removed the extra 18%.

Wow. Someone goofed up somewhere. Instead of the entire episode playing, the first 15 minutes where replayed after a commercial break. Apparently it's not just a Comcast issue. Dish network viewers reported the same thing. States from Washington, Oregon, and California (where I am) are reporting that it happened there too.

$400 million plus distribution and advertising costs, wow, just wow! But since 70 movies have grossed over $500 million, I'd have to say the movie is almost sure to turn a profit. It's insane to believe that the Harry Potter series grossed 5 billion dollars!

yep, you won't need a bittorrent client, you will just go to the site tell it what torrent you want and then you download via your browser. and if you using a method of private browsing your pretty safe from prying eyes. (of course this dosen't matter as we only download public domain torrents) the floodgates of "piracy" are now wide open? I prefer the term "free information"

Refusing to pay mandatory gratuity--when that requirement is clear to the party before dining--is the same as refusing to pay all of a bill even without gratuity. The management obviously should have waived it, but it's self-evidently theft, in the context of dining and not paying. Being arrested is a bit much, though.

wait, what is the actual rule for determining when the play stops? I mean, how is it written in the rule book? Because if it's anything other than "when the whistle is blown" that's pretty retarded.
