Ive been having a debate with epo about this in the NFL thread and Im interested to see what everyone elses thoughts are on this.
Would you rather the NFL:
A. Stayed with tradition and continued to put the Dallas Cowboys and Detroit Lions on nationally televised games every Thanksgiving?
Or....
B. Schedule the games the way they do Sunday Night Games, with matchups they feel ...

To comment on it, they're about $16 million under their $89 million to start the season last year.
Realistically, the club probably has to go to the $95 million payroll they had when they opened Citizens Bank Park. If they keep it the same or decrease it, it's a major public relations hit, after gaining so much good will winning the division.
