In Europe at least there is a exclusive period, 90 days or something, not that it's a huge deal for ps3 owners they can import it as they don't have region locks.

Just picked up my copy of L:RB from JB. Really looking forward to giving it a whirl. It also means today I'll go to 500 songs in RB2, given that I'm also buying 11 DLC songs tonight (Tom Petty, White Stripes, Bangles and Go-Gos).
