I'll add details later, I promise. I typed this list once, hit back and lost it 31 albums in, so I'm not up for that now.

The new releases from Alter Bridge, Bullet For My Valentine, Hellyeah, Disturbed, the RHCP, Stone Temple Pilots, Stone Sour, and the Offspring all top my list. Nothing, however, tops my anticipation for Tool's new album, supposedly out this year.

very cliche'd choices, still good none-the-less
and Crocodiles > Ocean Rain ....although The Killing Moon is BY FAR their best song
EDIT: also Tim > Let It Be (still 2nd best Replacements album)
EDIT#2: i'm glad you picked New Day Rising over Zen Arcade , i somewhat prefer it over the latter

It was between The Doors and Aftermath, went with Aftermath by a morsel, One the better 60s Stone albums, containing favorites such as Paint It Black, Under My Thumb, Mother's Little Helper, Flight 505, Lady Jane, Doncha Bother Me.

St. Anger is a great album. You cant compare them to MoP or RtL, because those 2 are completely different from Saint. And for the people who think St. Anger isnt metal, go listen to (Re)Load. Those 2 were the worst metallica albums ever. Overall St. Anger is a pretty good album, and "Shoot Me Again" is in my top 5 of best Metallica Songs

Well, I went without listening to Lightbulb Sun for months, but I listened to it yesterday :P
I haven't listened to Images And Words for a while. In fact, I haven't listened to any Dream Theater for a very long time. And I haven't listened to Space Metal by Star One for ages, and I love that album. I got massively addicted to it for weeks and then just stopped with it.
I think I ...

1. SPLHCB - A pretty good rocker. Good intro to the album.
2. WALHFMF - One of my favorite Ringo tunes.
3. Lucy in the Sky - Meh, I've grown out of it.
4. Getting Better - Pretty standard pop number, but still good.
5. Fixing a Hole - See above.
6. She's Leaving Home - A beautifully composed piece.
7. Mr. Kite - HOLY HELL WHAT IS THIS SONG?!
8. WYWY - Meh.
9. When I'm Sixty-Four ...
