when im peak fitness im never sore,but then im more prone to proper injuries due to work load? when i broke my hand i fractured the the scaphoid in 3 places and tore the scaphoid ligament off the bone[which was un operateable]. i still think it was a lot to do with how heavy the weights i was pushing? maybe not.

To easy mate couldnt realy see the need for them to have another 2nd div club affiliated with them but thought if it helped Gaters with players than good on them. Still dont understand why Norths dont give 2 craps about Nundah ? there is a 2nd div side there that they could work closly with and pass there players onto and still have them close by.
