easy pasta dish

i love this, and it's super easy. 1 large onion, sliced 1-2 red bell peppers, sliced mushrooms, sliced 6 sausage links (sweet italian or hot) olive oil red wine linguine tomato sauce 2 cloves of garlic, minced parsley for garnish in a 12" skillet, brown all sides of the sausages over med heat in olive oil. remove from heat, slice into ~1/8" discs, and cook until pink color is gone. remove sausages from pan. add in the...

Excellent! I'm not a big fan of those spicy ales, either. The first beer I ever tried from the Harpoon Brewery was their winter warmer, and it took a while before I tried another Harpoon beer (glad I came around though). I've got nothing fermenting right now. I've got about 10 cases of homebrew filling my beer shelves, so I need to work through some of it before brewing some more. ...

Looks like it's just a standard homebrew kit. Nothing special to worry about; you used a 5-gallon carboy, depending on the kit, it might come with another carboy or just a brewing bucket. The buckets are cheap and you may want to upgrade in the future but for a single-fermentation brewing, there is plenty of yeast activity to drive out any oxygen in the bucket. Brew like you normally would....
