I can understand everything what they are talking and would say that everyone with R1 can have a fun! Also for some of you more interested in this sort of aesthetic phainomena could visit the exhitition (also to see more similar video commercials online/the link is below) Photo: Kai Vöckler / VG Bild Kunst "Balkanology - New Architecture and Urban Phenomena in Southeast Europe" at Architekturzentrum Wien to get more idea...

we didn't fear any stereotypes, just went for an urban, rough and widescreen dirty look in black and white, after all it was a zero-budget musicvideo at around -11 celcius over two days (we picked the shortest and coldest day in the year - lol) - the red held up really good, the LCD had a bit of blur and smear and the EVF was crazy, other than that everything was great.

Reminds me of Oingo Boingo's Dead Man's Party . They did that song in a movie, actually. I think it was Back to School. There's a feature associated with this music video?

First I just want to say I really liked the sth african accents/setting as well as the obvious nods
to cronenberg's 'the fly' and emmerich's 'ID4' - good job guys.
So I have a question about the shooting of District 9 (hope this has not already been asked).
During the firefight there were at least three scenes where
the camera was mounted to the end of the gun and pointed back towards

I actually watched part of this (out of pure curiousity of course...) and have to say that it was some of the worst looking Red footage ever. Subject matter aside, it was poorly lit, out of focus half the time, poorly compressed, and overall didn't even look like it was shot on Red. They could've shot it on a PD150 and I wouldn't have noticed any difference. Sorry Joone, it's certainly a nice ...

Wow, looks like a very interesting topic. Sorry to be critical here, but I feel like your tone is all over the place in the trailer. I'm still not sure what this is due to the varying tones. The beginning, which I liked a lot, was that of a documentary. I was waiting for some interviews to pop in. But then, it sort of switched to a genre, horror flick at the end...and the voice over at the ...

Pirates of the Flats
The first episode aired this AM on ESPN2. It's a fishing show with Tom Brokaw, Lefty Kreh and Michael Keaton. Ken Hendricks and I went down to the Bahamas this past Spring with #650 to get some of the beauty shots. The rest of it was shot with Varicams.
Turned out well. Makes me want to go fishing....

Thanks for the feedback, guys.
Getting good actors was obviously paramount for this film, not only because of the subject matter, but they have the ability to improve some of the less desirable technical moments that budget and time constraints inflict. But I knew we'd be okay on this front seeing as my producer, Charlie Farve Hayes, helps run "Summer Lyric" at Tulane University, which ...
