Live in the States for a while now until I can feckin retire back home some day but notice the price for a barrel of oil has dropped by about 22% in a month. Petrol / Gas prices at the pump drop less than 10% during same period. Where's the extra money going or should we even care? Some friends think its the lag time as the oil at the stations was bought at a higher price...of course ...
