I am also glad to see that the sessional instructors did not wait for the other units of the union to get what they wanted. The sessionals got a offer that was acceptable and made the deal that was best for themselves.

I would assume you have very bad marks and you're trying to start fresh? Why not ask your academic advisors or the enrolment people at your prospective school for a more direct answer?

The dropout statistics are made such that if you transfer to another university, you're considered a dropout.

Never really cared about the rankings. I think its really what you make of it. Sure some school have better profs than others and some have better equipment. But are you really gonna go to two different schools and study to compare? The school only matters for your first few jobs anyways, after a few years of working its all about your past experience.

You do not want to go into CS if you want to teach math. In CS, you have a choice of pursuing a BMath or BCS, not both.
UW math has a special stream for those aiming for teacher's college. I can't recall the exact name, but I think it's some kind of collaboration with Queens.
Anyway, my advice is, if co-op is not important for you, go to U of T. I'm hating this school and more and more ...

If you are to call just locally within London/western uni, keep the phone because it'll be charged as local airtime.
I think either way if you get a 519 number or keep the 416 number, the long distance charge will be the same. Or buy a phone card and dial the local number on the back of the card to call home.

They don't want you to switch to another major just because you're getting low grades. They want to see your work ethic that is valuable on the major you're switching which will undoubtedly reflect on your GPA.
