Time for a new PM IMO, for $450 you could get quad core AMD computer that would run circles around your current machine.

Don't waste too much money on both DDR2 and LGA775, both dead end. may be 4GB of ram and and a Quad core.
FYI, I have 2 systems one with the DS3L and the other DS3R, I sold both since it is still worth something...anyway upgraded one to an Athlon X2 240 and the other Phenom X2 545, the parts sold made up about 50% of the new ...

I have the premium DSL, home phone with caller id & the free LD for 2.9c/min & it costs me with tax & owning my own modem $57/mth, if you go unlimited LD thats I think a $20 option with TS so I'd guess around $70ish after tax's then if you changed it over to a TS package.
If you don't actualy call alot of LD or do so & not for long might be good to just take the TS LD package with...
