Well, my house is in a shambles from company all last week and I am at work. But I have managed to atleast plan the menu for next week and hope by week's end it looks like home again.... Saturday-I am SO not cooking today. Fend for yourself! Sunday-Clean out the fridge.(and the rest of the house) We had ZERO leftover turkey. Unbelieveable. I am just going to give todays at the moment....kinda crazy around here. I need to sit and focus on what I am doing. Last week I managed everyday but Friday. I made a menu for that! You could make it at home, transport it in a crockpot, and just warm it back up when you get there. (Don't add the olives, but you could bring some along and sprinkle them on top of the plates for those who want them. ) Instead of the pinwheel bread, you could just bring a loaf of garlic bread and bake it when you get there. I'll look at my recipes and see if I've got...
