Edit: Ran out of time, leaving office early today. Have to do it another game. For future reference, may one just seize the job after any loss like in the old days, or is one supposed to wait for permission from a mod these days? No...

I'm just trying to fair about the call and not judge with 20/20 hindsight. If Jamison actually gets the ball and makes the shot, then nobody would have griped. If Caron got the ball, he probably would have dribbled for 10 seconds and then launched a 3 from four feet behind the line. Maybe he would have made it, but it wouldn't have been a good shot. I'll complain about EJ when I see stuff worth complaining about. But one loses...

But firing EJ right now might not help us as much as some think. Doc had it right when he called me out on my complaints about the roster and simultaneous complaints about the coaching. I can't have it...

I would much rather go through a mediocre season with improvement on defense than watch this piece of **** basketball run by EFJ for another 70 games. He needs to be fired ASAP. I want to win and not watch him piss game and game away.

Curry isn't going to be a top 5 pick. Griffin, Derozen, Rubio, Mullins, Clark, Thabeet, and Harden are simply better pro prospects.

Wizards are in disarray with only one win in 7 games. ATL was off to a sprinting start but have fallen back to earth with a 4 game losing streak before tonight's game. ATL starting C Al Horford injured his ankle in last nights loss in IND. Wizards are struggling in pretty much every aspect of the game, particularly starting C Etan Thomas who is recovering from missing the entire season last year...

I honestly think there's alot more than five posters on this board that would like to see Eddie Jordan replaced as coach of the Wizards. I ask all that support a coaching change, stand up and let their collective voices be heard in this thread so that you may be officially counted and added in totality along with your fellow Wizboard brethren. There's strength in numbers. Lets ...

Is anyone else surprised that, just before possibly the busiest time in the NBA Offseason - the NBA Draft - that The Powers That Be have gone to this chaotic mess? Didn't the whole board blow up last year on draft night? It is like clockwork. Ugh. Hey, the new format sucks. Beyond that, we're missing a lot of threads - like the real "random thoughts" one.

Okay people, we need to know just who wants to make gamethreads around here. My reputation precedes me, and every now and then Millertime manages to poop out a passable effort. However, can I get a list of individuals who want a crack at it so we can get a cycle going. Eliminate the in-fighting, and get a gamethread up in timely manner. Ji need not apply. Okay, we're going back into D-Wade town. These guys had beat us 16 straight times and 19/20 times in before last season. Now where heading back into the arena which caused us so much frustration in years past, it's time to show Miami that we're still a playoff team and just because they're not 0-45 like they were when we played them last season doesn't mean they are as good as us. Washington ...

At the start of the season, once we heard Haywood was out for the season and Arenas was out until January, many of us were despondent. The team was trapped in purgatory. The team wasn't bad enough to get a high lotto pick, and there wasn't much reason for optimism in coming years. None of our youngsters really had star potential except perhaps Blatche. We all thought Young was a one-...

Okay, so things do look pretty ugly right now but these Wizards have always been able to put it together in their darkest hour. Last year after losing the a Cleveland team who had a total of 7 players the Wizards put together a run winning 3 of their next 4 beating Chicago, New Orleans twice, and Charlotte. Two years ago after an unacceptable and embarrassing loss to the Blazers the Wizards won...

The RealGM re-set killed off a number of useful and favorite threads (grr...) one of which was the 'EJ: Good' thread with insightful quotes from various experts, pundits, scouts, stat-heads and the more cogent and thoughtful posters on this board. So here we go again. Point of the other thread was to remind folks that it's always far easier to complain than it is to recognize when someone is ...
