So I am actually starting my serious work out and dieting today. I had a friend make a
workout plan for me but it all seems little too much. I initially just wanted to do 4 days a week. I read couple things on the forum but it seems like it's concentrating on workout plan for male body. any suggestions about this plan. Is it bit too much or it's ok and I should stop being lazy. ...

so, as most of you know i am on a diet: http://forums.ratedesi.com/showthread.php?t=270989 but with fasting during ramadan, i'm not sure what i should be eating. start will be at like 4.30 am, and finish 8pm, so what should i try eat in the morning, and the evening? i may try and train 2-3 days a week, just light training.
