Ok winstrol is a steroid i have been training for three years, and im 100% natural at the moment dont even have protein shakes properly... im 20 years old 5'10 and weigh 95 kg, and ive put on 37 kg in the last 3 years, at the gym i get told every day im on steroids and now the thought is in my head i dont want to take GH or deca or nandrolone im interested in taking a 21 day course of ...

Back - 28/07 A1: Deadlifts 60/100/140/180 | 5/5/5/3 B1: WG Chins BW | 8/8/7 C1: Chest Supported Machine Rows 20/20/20 | 15/15/15 Comments Deadlifts went decent, but still having issues with grip. So I am actually starting my serious work out and dieting today. I had a friend make a workout plan for me but it all seems little too much. I initially just wanted to do 4 days a week. I read couple things on the forum but it seems like it's concentrating on workout plan for male body. any suggestions about this plan. Is it bit too much or it's ok and I should stop being lazy. ...

so, as most of you know i am on a diet: http://forums.ratedesi.com/showthread.php?t=270989 but with fasting during ramadan, i'm not sure what i should be eating. start will be at like 4.30 am, and finish 8pm, so what should i try eat in the morning, and the evening? i may try and train 2-3 days a week, just light training.
