I find peeling garlic fussy and teadeous so I use one of those rubber gripper things that are normally for opening jars.I roll the garlic clove in it a few times. Peels the skin off beautifully and easy clean up. Much easier than those cicular garlic peeler.

Here is an quick and easy way to clean your microwave oven. Place a wet sponge in the microwave and "cook" for 2 minutes. Let sponge sit in microwave for an additional 5 minutes.
