As there were some disputes about the effectiveness of the rules during the quarter finals, maybe it's a good idea to see if they can be updated for the better before the last rounds. The main argument has been around the no exception DQ rule for start crashes but all rules or even new ones are open for debate so please come with suggestions to see if there are threads of agreement, but...
