Turning Up the Boost ?'s

A BNR stage 1 should behave similar to the stock turbo at that boost level (with lower IATs actually), but it's still a guess. You NEED some way to monitor it (wideband or EGT gauge), and you need to ditch the stock injectors.

Mounts might need to be changed, but it should go in just fine. Shift knob threads will be different. I'm not entirely sure regarding the reverse/5th gear/neutral switches.

WTF is wrong with my clutch?

I've actually never heard that exact phrase but yea, exactly. I also agree in replacing both the master and slave at the same time. While your at it get yourself a little cheap insurance of a steel braided clutch line. Its a formula for a clutch hydraulic system you should never have to think about for awhile. Don't be cheap. Do it right once.

Drilling them out would be better and cheaper than buying a new fuel tank. Drilling them out and replacing them won't hurt anything if that happened.

If you don't put on the wastegate actuator, the car will build boost but won't be able to bleed it off. You're probably building way more boost than your fuel system can handle. Connect your wastegate actuator and pick up a boost gauge so you can see what you're dealing with. I wouldn't drive it how it is now, overboosting and going lean is a very bad thing.

lay down on your back and look up at the fog lights from underneath with a light. there are two bolts holding the bracket for the fog light assembly. there are small cut aways above the lamp where you can get an extension in there with a long 10mm socket. you may need to gently move the bumper cover around to reveal the bolts. the little screw is notorious for stripping out.

Man i would tackweld something pretty strong in there to hold it in place, then i would manucfacture a new peice and weld it in there, just get some mild steel maybe .100 looks like a pretty easy repair. Make sure you cut out all the rust and deoxidine and prime it before you weld it togetheror the rust is just going to come back. Wouldnt scrap it if you had the skills to fix it, you will...

As a guy who use to drift with a NA car.....go turbo.....seriously! A swap will cost less money then what you are talking about doing and you will have more useable power.

You don't have to drop the tank. The fuel pump is accessible under the carpet in the back on the drivers side. There's really no easier way to access it.

It doesnt matter who had a rx7 as a first car even though i did. What is most important is the condition of everything to make sure its daily drivable. I assume your looking for a rx7 for your first car. I dont suggest it but i dont think its a terrible idea. Ive daily drove mine and i have always been able to make it from point A to point B. If you can handle spending money time to time on ...

Bondo is horrible. The right way to do it is to pull out what you can and then give it a skim coat of filler. Bondo will eventually crack
