For those who don't care for so much 'stuff', it looks like you can buy the books separately as PDF's on Drivethru for quite a bit less.

Alternatively, house-drawn carriages could be an interesting element of a storyline later in the century...

You know when you have written or created something and you are in a hurry to share? That is me at times. I did check the review, put it in Word97 , even read it a couple of times. Still one or two typos sneaked in.
Anyway, this:
I boo-booed. The Year: 2007 is suppose to be 2006. Sorry.

Good review, and pretty thorough! I disagree on a few points, though.
Rules light systems can be playtested. This game in particular went through a pretty long playtest that substantially changed the rules, including core mechanics, availability of Time Lords as PCs, and a number of other things. I'd say Cubicle 7 did one of the most productive playtests I've seen in a while.
