I have a problem I can't figure out. Normally when I download a transaction to Quicken, the orange flag appears next to the account on the account list. I then accept the downloaded transactions and the orange flag icon disappears. I recently downloaded transactions from my Merrill Lynch account and I didn't like the way they were listed. Instead of accepting the transactions, I deleted every transaction and pressed "Done"...

I was under the impression that Quicken would be able to match the item from my upcoming transactions list, when a new transaction appears on my account. This has not been happening to me. Occasionally, my paycheck goes into my account a day early, or it will be off by a couple of cents from my cleared transaction. Quicken is not recognizing that they are the same transaction and is keeping them separate, rather than clearing the upcoming...

PLEASE post an answer to this question! Quicken shows an upcoming transaction in my account which belongs in our account at another financial institution. When I try to delete it it just puts it on for the following month.

I have set up a number of ING Direct Accounts in Quicken. I have been able to consistently download all transactions to Quicken with no difficulty. The download must begin in the ING website using the Quicken Format. You can not initiate the update within Quicken.

In the upcoming transaction section we show the next occurance of a scheduled upcoming transaction. So for items that are every 2 weeks you see the next one, but not all of the ones that occur in the current month. For items that are quarterly you see the next instance even if it's 3 months out.
