Nala in for dental surgery

I actually thought about that this morning...Nala is a whole different dog. Bouncy, running around like a puppy, such a kissy monster I had to pry her off my face last night, and vocal.  She is nuts!  With the shift, I got to thinking and I was actually kind of sad thinking about what agony she was in with those teeth of hers.  She had to have been miserable.

I believe a normal is between 101 and 102 and just like humans it will fluctuate as you get better. Oh we are getting closer to that touch down. I can smell victory at hand. I know you are chomping at the bit to get your hands on her again tomorrow. Maybe you can go a couple of times tomorrow. That would be nice and feed her. Continued blessings coming.

wow Ro!   but yes, .... the dentals are expensive. My vet is  reasonable....I think it is about $180 for the dental and then extractions are more as is any additional bloodwork... Dottie my diabetic cat had a dental last year and it was about $375 because they are now required by law to check her glucose level before, during and after the dental......and they charge $25 each time. The Vet thinks Dolly is in Kidney failure. I am a mess. We will get results tomorrow. Depending on what the levels are we will make decisions based on that. I am fearing the worst and my heart is breaking. I am praying its the early stages and we can keep her comfortable with medications. If not I will not allow my little heartbeat to suffer. I love this little Pug girl so much. Have I mentioned my heart is breaking? He gave her sub Q fluids...

Infected teeth can kill them if not taken care of. Poor thing. You may want to put her on a pill called Dentamarin. it is a milk thissle based medication that improves liver function.. DV has been taking it for a long time and a few others here have used it. It is a great product to help the liver function. I hope they have her in IV fluids for the surgrey, it will also help her liver ...
