Do you know what ports that your school has open? Normally ports such as 21,25,443,80,8080 and a few other normal ports are always open. Know which ports are open you can figure out which socks severs you can access. also do you have access to a machine off campus ( ie: know a friend living off campus) that can run a sever from you.

First of all... If they limited the number of posts per IP adress, they definitely have a reason for this, why pushing it? Also, I dont think there will program around that you can "just download a few thousand IP addresses" , reason being IP addresses are assigned by ISPs. Third.. this can be done with proxies but you have to work SO HARD, like 24/7.
