^^ Yeah, if Melina and Mickie were there during the Trish/Lita era, or if WWE still devoted time to divas, they would be huge, especially Melina.

Do you think Maryse and Eve has what it takes to be the NEW AND IMPROVED Trish and Lita?? Honestly, I do Maryse is drop dead gorgeous and is playing her heel character to perfection and gets alot of praise based off her looks(Trish), while Eve is really becoming quite the wrestle even being compare to Lita on several different occassions. I think WWE should start pushing them as the to "IT" girls while their both very popular...

no i think the "new" Trish currently is Melina.....people adore her..why, i'll never know. the "new" Lita is Mickie...used to be great but not as good nowadays (like when Lita returned from her injury)...still one of my faves though. honestly, I see WWE trying to groom Kelly as the next Trish down the line....which I really wouldnt mind. Kelly has grown on me this year.

Just a heads up... I might be late in posting Day 4 of the Round 1 matches. Thus, the end time for Days 3 and 4 will be delayed by the same rough timeframe. Day 5 will begin at 12 midnight if I can manage, though. Day 4 is up! The matches include: Jessie vs. Eve, Allison vs. Wesna, Serena vs. Alicia, and Jillian vs. Vickie! Go out and vote!

I really don't think Trish was all that popular considering the hugh push wwe gave her. She got crickets in her home down! and she was waving the Canadian flag! GAWD! Trish really came into her own as a heel. She was perfect and is probibly the best heel diva wwe has ever had.

Saw the match it was bad, Jillian botched once again this time in selling the extreme makeover and I dunno what the hell happened in the corner it looked like Melina screwed up but I think it was just supposed to be a reversal it was weird. That said I didn't realize how much I missed Maryse. She looked really good and I missed the hairflip. Yeah...this is ridiculous. Melina and Mickie are closer to achieving that than any other Diva. So far Mickie and Melina have very successful careers. The WWE just limit them. If they pushed Melina and Mickie like they did Trish and Lita, they'd be mega stars. Thats a given.

Both girls are great heels. And if I had to pick between the face Melina we
have now and heel Melina, I would pick heel Melina any day of the week.
However, I just feel Maryse plays her heel character perfectly. She has her
character down pat and she does great. So if I had to pick between heel
Melina and heel Maryse, I pick heel Maryse.

If the divas actually are going to be involved in the TLC PPV and actually have a TLC match; I would think WWE would choose Mickie and Michelle to be in the match. They have been feuding longer than Melina and Maryse. Also in a ladder match Michelle would do better in that type of match being physically stronger than all the divas mentioned above.
