Id say about a month ago, I began to jog early in the morning like 5:30-6:00AM because I am beginning to get a bit of a beer belly and before I felt often out of shape. I love doing it and do it as much as I can but often when I come back I have a tough time walking down my stairs and have to hold onto the railing and I often get dizzy when I am about to take a shower. Everyday or two I go 38 ...

Hi all, I just signed up at a nearby gym, as I really need to get into shape. I'd like to request a good workout plan that'll help me lose weight as well as build muscle. I'm currently 5'11" and 195 lb. and about 20% of that is body fat. I bench 105 lb. and I haven't squatted in over a year. My goal by the end of the summer is to lose about 20 lb. of fat. If someone could post a good workout ...

Ive made some huge differences to my health in the past year. I went from 90ish kilos to a solid 74kg. Right now due to stress at school i have packed on the kilos , right now im a sad 89kg. I really want to lose alot by christmas , so in reality its not a huge amount of time. I have access to a full set up gym , a treadmill at home and when its gets warmer a lap pool. ...

July 28, 2008 Wow, today has been a strange day. Before I begin, I think a little background story is in order. Some of you have heard me here before so I come to you with a little egg on my face. When I was 16, I tipped the scale at 225 lbs. I was 5 foot 8 inches. My parents later bought a stationary bike for themselves as well as a total gym and by the summer I found myself at 170 ...

I recently got a gym membership and for the first few weeks I was doing great. I was going 3-5 times a week. I was sticking to a decent routine/program. I was mentally into every work out I was doing, and I was seeing results. Now, after about two months of my membership I'm finding myself drastically unmotivated. I don't know. I've just been so lazy. I guess it started when I was ...

I microwave my food often, but i've been reading conflicting reports lately about microwaving food being possibly either dangerous or unhealthy. These reports suggest that the result could be radiation harming your body..to...others saying that microwaving the food pretty much kills off the nutritional parts and when you eat it gives you no positive benefits. Anyone have thoughts on ...

So, I was thinking of buying one but don't really know of anybody that owns it so I was wondering (to those familiar with it) is it worth the money? I work-out most days which includes sit-ups but if there's a quicker more effective way, which is also supposedly less time consuming, I'll take it.
