Ive made some huge differences to my health in the past year. I went from 90ish

I microwave my food often, but i've been reading conflicting reports lately about
microwaving food being possibly either dangerous or unhealthy. So, I was thinking of buying one but don't really know of anybody that owns it so I was wondering (to those familiar with it) is it worth the money? I work-out most days which includes
sit-ups but if there's a quicker more effective way, which is also supposedly less time consuming, I'll take it.
