The only people I know who have done this successfully, just take notes and pay attention until they learn about their own bodies. One is my sister. She allows fluctuations within 5 pounds. She's been a low-fatter forever who eats good food, but you can tell she looks deficient in sat fats.

Malcolm how filling/satisfying do you find the shakes? That's one area of concern for me with the idea of trying 6W. Shakes never seem to
stay with me for long, an hour later I'm looking for something to chew. In the other thead most of the people seemed to have trouble getting in all three shakes, I'd be looking for a couple more I think.
