Ok, im finally gonna ask. I cant seem to make an omlet with 8-10 whites and 3 whole eggs. Its just too much volume. Less eggs i can do fine, but when it gets to this much..how the heck do you make it? I feel like i almost HAVE to scramble them for it to be thoroughly cooked. what your going to need is shrimp tomatos onions avacodos cilantro limes ketchup
tapatio hot sauce or similar louisianna will do... what you do is cut up the tomato & onions avacodo & cilantro put it in a big bowl or container add pre cooked shrimp add water the water will be the juice so put enough add ketchup to taste & hot suace squeeze lime over top to taste .......

I just got some unflavored whey because a friend suggested it, and OMG it taste absoultely horrible like really skimmed down milk but worst. I cringe at the thought of having to drink it but I have 10 lbs i need to go through. So give me some suggestions guys??
