bad idea man...performing box squats like that is very compressive on the spine . west side does this (correct me if im wrong but i believe they do) and they are strong as hell...but i would be more concerned about health long term. why are you doing box squats? out of curiousity...maybe there is a better option for you. depth? explosion? a little more info would be helpful!

Curious if any of you have done rack
deads as well as reverse band deads and what u felt the difference was, how would u rate them and use them in a routine of urs? They seem rather similar to me so any advice would be appreciated

Hey guys. I'm fairly new to the PM board. I've been lifting for 4 years now. Started
powerlifting 2 years into it at age 16. 345 240 405 at 148(raw obviously). Then I got into strongman which is what I'm training for right now. I have been wanting to try wsbb club routine. Due to time conflicts with family/work. Is there any 3day a week
westside routines. I was thinking of doing Monday ME / Bench Wed ME / Squat/DL Friday DE / Bench Any info, links to one.? Thank you
