I ran my bolt on ZE for over a year, and I just boosted it bit over a month ago, it was best thing I ever done to this car, I run 5-6 psi and it would walk all over a stock sti or Evo. If you do it right, turbo or na can be both reliable, but if you half ass shit, both will fail.

Have the stock kl rails bored out to accpet the nissan injectors. You can use the red tops from 240sx's (270cc) or you can get the purple top (not sure what car) 370cc You can modify the red-tops to be 550ish cc's You'll find all of your answers in a search.

Well for exhaust I'd say the ebay headers seem to work okay, they sound nice. For more performance pacesetters are the way to go, they make more power. As for a muffler go with a magnaflow, either a highflow cat or test pipe, and maybe a small resonator to make it sound a little smoother and take care of some of the rasp

ofcorse it does...it wont sound exactly like the car the muffler is made from...every car is engineered diff. i personally would get a greddy magnaflow or probe addiction exhaust for our cars (catback exhaust systems. I personally love the roar of the mazda kl engines. Westpalmgt is using a 350z exhaust on his 2nd gen probe. check it out

Exhaust leaks are created at the exhaust piping. The EGR is a inlet for exhaust gasses to get into the intake to increase combustion temperatures for better catalyst performance. So if you want to delete the EGR & related accessories then yes you can remove everything and deal with the check engine lights. If you want to fix the exhaust leak then plug the exhaust bung. If you want to ...

Yes, that be correct. You should have the axle nuts already out, and the axle stubs out of the wheel hub before you do that. Use a pry bar or balljoint fork if you can't get the chisel in there. Be careful not to damage the transmission housing.

I doubt it would just "bolt on," but you could easily just get the MBX fuel rail adapter, and make it work. That's pretty much what you would have to do with ANY aftermarket FPR.

I would do it the other way around, mount KL in the 240. If you are converting probe to RWD then put something thats worth it, 1/2JZ or a proper v8. Look at Dan[Sac] RWD thread, it will give you slight idea.

Cost me $215 to remachine the crankshaft counterweights for clearance for the Ross piston skirts. Then cost me $200 to balance the rotating assembly which included more than the average. They had to drill the counterweights and fill the holes with heavy metal (think it was lead) since about .100" was taken off the counterweight crowns (somewhat flat-topping them) for the piston skirt clearance....
