I wonder if the previous incident had damaged the brakes sufficiently that when Mr Saylor took it out and had his problem, the brakes no longer had enough power to stop the car properly. If true, the dealer is extremely negligent, though perhaps Mr Bernard could have done more to ensure that someone who actually understood the problem got the message.

Um ... I know they only put about a thousand out so far ... and who knows if they'll ever be SOLD ... in stead of leased (like the EV1) ... but didn't the Auto Show folks forget somebody? that's WAY greener? Fisker had it's Plug-In Hybrids at the autoshow also, and crowds were gathering around the cars. Very good response from the public! The specs, as can be seen in the below photo are 50 mile EV -only range, or a 100mpg combined equivalent over 300 miles total range. The 40mpg 2011 Ford Fiesta will arrive at U.S. dealers in June 2010. The Porsche Cayenne Hybrid powertrain was on ...

So no more spare tire, I guess? Still, really cool. Can't wait to try it in person.
