I'm depressed today, have been for a few days. I really don't know why i just am. The last visit I had with T was good. I learned some stuff about myself and have been trying to change, letting go, trusting my son to know what is best for him. My daughter is well and enjoyed seeing her brother. Becca, I understand what you are saying about her having to accept it, but in Indiana a judge can offer a chance to modify a sentence at a future date based on inmate behavior. Can she add that as a codicil to his sentence? If she doesn't at sentencing then modification is not an option for him, but they can offer it even with a plea agreement.

I keep praying for my inlaw to notice this is hard for me as well as for him, I dont want to get tiere of the situation because I want to keep my promess of until death do us apart. Thanx for all your support I will keep you all updated.

kroberts, I am so sorry for you and your son. I know this is the hardest thing for you right now. It has helped me a lot to vistit this sight and know that we're not alone. What state are you in? I have found that there is a wealth of information on my state location on PTO. I am in TX. Reach down deep and find your strength...you and your son both need it.

I talked to my baby! When I got home from work, I saw where he had called just a few minutes before I got home. No sooner did I pick my heart up off the floor and get out the door (with phone in hand, of course) with the Fat Dog for him to go potty that the phone rang and it was him!
