My man was guilty of his crime, and got the best plea deal he could've gotten. He worked the court, the prosecuting attorney and judge in front of everyone and walked out with something amazing. We were all in aww watching him play them so there was no need for me to pay anything or do anything to go back to court. However, I tried to pay on some of his fines for him as a favor but they wouldn't let me, but it was like a $50 fine, I...

I've sometimes been able to talk to him every day, on and off throughout the day... oh, and that's so wonderful . It doesn't matter what he's saying I could listen to him day and night. It doesn't matter what was happening or how I was feeling before he called... he'll ask me how I'm doing and every time it's, " fantastic! " Even this morning, him calling just to explain things to me,...

Oh my gosh...that's a _rough_ road, indeed. Definitely not impossible, but gosh, I feel for the both of you. But like KeithsWifey pointed out, that sure does make for some real quality time when the two of you _can_ talk. Hang in there!

MWI and his new penpal advert
Published (2009-11-28 14:08:00)
I can't say how they operate, but logic would dictate that they have to get the info the inmate isn't receiving mail from somewhere , in order to know to put them with the "not receiving mail" people. Beyond that, my concern would be that he put up an ad to 'punish you' at all- ever. WTH? That's straight-up playing games with somebody & I wouldn't have a very high opinion of a person who...

Honestly I would not carpool with someone you dont know and have never met. I use to carpool with a woman that was the wife of my husbands cellie..and we carpooled for a long time. We never really hung out outside of visiting but we did talk on the phone often. One weekend when I didnt go to visit and she did...she ended up being stripped searched and having a warrant issued for her. The guards then started asking about ME and did she know...

OK look! You are not a "fool" geez! I'm very happy he told you! And by what he said, you gave him a beautiful gift by what he said, "never a prison girlfriend" you, yes you! You gave him "freedom" from within the walls! What's more beautiful than that? That is really good news and I'm glad you are "relieved" and if you were not getting scared too, I would be...

He may not have contacted you just yet because maybe they didn't turn on his phone account yet. When Keith transfers, he has to wait until they activate his phone at the new facility. It usually takes five days to a week, but I'm sure he'll get in touch with you! You're so strong for being able to handle the one phone call a month thing, so if you can handle that, you can handle anything! Just...

I know how you feel. I met my love when I wasn't even looking for love. It too started out as a friendship. We have grown extremely close, but I fear that when he comes out...he may change! He swears he won't, but that's easier said than done. Perhaps, he is afraid and feels out of touch. How long has he been in? But seems if that was the case he'd really cling to you now. I don't think I...

He has 45 years, and he's done about 7... he's eligible for parole in about 15. And uh, I've known him for 4 months. A drop in the bucket. I know it's crazy, but he makes me happy.

The state fair!! We want to go to the fair so bad, get our pictures taken dressed as old time criminals, have goofy drawings done of us, have fun on the rides, playing games, him winning me stuffed animals, enjoying the food and just having fun and being together!!!
Other than that he wants to take me on a romantic get away as well as a picnic at this park that overlooks the city and is very ...

I tend to agree - if you don't know he's involved and if he's lying to his loved one, then it's on him, not you. I don't think you are doing anything wrong if they all have told you they are single - or if those who aren't have discussed it with their ladies.
My husband wouldn't consider writing another female, because we are proof of what can happen when ALL intentions were to remain ...

Having been hurt in the past, and having a relationship that is MWI it's so hard not to have these insecurities. I've been with my man basically for a year now, we've been through so much and I still have insecurities and still bring them up all the time! Even though he's getting out in 2 weeks I still find myself worrying about things, even though he too does more than enough to satisfy my ...

It's so hard to tell, whether or not they've really changed. I'd say after 13 years hopefully he will have. You sound so happy to see him, and like he made you so happy many years ago. To me I think it would be worth it to follow that path for a while so you can get a better feel of what you truely thing. The idea of MWI or re-MWI can still be really hard and cause many thoughts and fears like ...

I'm a MAN, divorced twice! I wasn't at all into the dating scene, clubs etc. and I saw a show on The E Channel, "Women Who Love Men Who Kill" and near the end they talked about the websites where you can write to men and women in prison! I always believed everyone deserves a second chance, the first woman did con me, big time! I'm 45 years old now, I wrote two others and decided to stop, one day ...
