You need to have the block ringed or in the UK a copper gasket specialist has developed sealing rings that you fit between the block and the gasket. Trouble is you have to use a whole load of copper sealant glue on the rest of the gasket to seal it against the oil and water channels in teh head and block. And even then it's not guaranteed how long it will last for. Really for a race engine using copper.

Ok guys well i finally got the lude in the garage and fixed the ground. I just ended up cutting a section out of the plate. I made sure that I took all the paint off so the the metal on was all silver and shiny. I put the terminal back on then the seat hold down and there was no change at all.... I was pretty bummed out, I know i wasn't expecting a miracle just because I fixed the ground but I did think the noise would be less noticeable....

you could possibly have it in backwards? the gas miliage issue is becouse the computer thinks the motor is cold all the time. i would say rip it back out and see if somthing is wrong. i use the 160 ones but stock was 192 i think
