Hmmm I don't know what to call it exactly so this is what it will be. I hope you all will join in and this will help motivate me to keep losing the weight. Today James and I walked 2 miles. I also cleaned up the house while listening to music, so I got to shake my butt a little. I also got in 15 min of thigh workout in. Eating is a little off yet. I never should have strayed for a week....

I am so proud of myself I lost 30 pounds! I was almost 200 pounds when I was preggers with my lil boy Nicholas. I thought I would never lose weight. my pre-pregnancy weight was 143 and now I am 167! Although I am happy about shedding the pounds, eating the right type of foods is the biggest challenge for me thus far. It's hard when I love me some Mexican food and not to mention my...

Let's see those numbers!! Here are mine from after vacation. Highest/LW/TW/Goal 208/152.5 (after vacation)/147/145-147 I was obviously retaining a TON of water. LOL It only took a couple of decent eating days and lots and lots of water to get back in my range. YIPEE!!
