You are right that our diets also lack calcium, fruits and vegetables. We are also deficient in Vitamin D and sometimes other nutrients as well. A balanced diet is key, and cannot be obtained with a pure vegetarian diet ( Again according to...

Our population is lacking a lot more than animal protein and calcium, they are in fact lacking vegetables and a lot of other healthy foods-we just have to look at the obesity problem in our children and adults. My GOD the review by Gabriel Vasquez in the Las Cruces Bulletin (page C11) this morning made this place sound like an incredibly different experience. To summarize: Authentic like the guilty pleasure of eating at hole-in-the-wall places and street carts south of the border without the risk of being taken out by rogue drug cartel members. Now if you go visit the other paper's website you can see if the meatier dishes are worth a drive...

B/c this board will set standards, and there is a good chance these standards will favor CAFOs, thus put the "little guys" out of business. Hopefully you are one that wishes to see the truth, not aggrandize untruths. It's in everyone's best interest to be knowledgeable enough to discern truth from lie. Center for Consumer Freedom is but one site to explore. While some may question the driving...

Dr (Ohio) My Eyes The population of Ohio (11.3 million) just happens to coincide with the number currently on the giant tote board at HSUS headquarters and Pacelle's bedroom. That will change soon enough since Wayne gains a million followers a year (in his own mind and PR dept). Sorry for my misreading of your post. Otherwise, I stand by all the points I have made about the organization. It is corrupt beyond words - and numbers.

So what are "authentic Mexican tacos"? Does that mean they're actually imported from Mexico, made by immigrants of questionable legal status in the U. S., give the consumer the instant need to imbibe vast quantities of Imodium, and/or contain so much chili they're prone to spontaneous combustion?
