see now this is my theory, we never got earthquake swhen lal that oil was in the ground... it is like lubricant keeps the plates all smooth running just like your car... the answer to these horrible earthquakes 30 trillion barrels of oil tip em down the fault lines and it will be smooth as you like. okay i am just kidding obviously....
