You may be right, but for the wrong reasoning... "congress shall make no law" is in the US Constitution, but keep in mind that that means the FEDERAL government... The FEDERAL government doesn't issue these license plates... STATES do... If it passes the Senate with a public option, it will make Obama larger than life. I am quoting some Presidential historians. If it passes without it he will still have made a gain Truman, Carter, T Roosevelt, and Clinton could not for the Democratic platform.

Why does everyone keep saying Scuzzy is a moderate when if you look at the issues she stands for it becomes painfully obvious that she was a liberal Republican or at the very least a RINO?
