Teach against having sex before marriage. Give all the reasons and statistics. One high school around here makes the guys in health class and the girls carry one of those fake pregnancy pillows around for X amount of time and figure an economic AND time budget based on minimum wage and one parent working.
And certainly birth control should be explained.

Hey it worked so great the last couple of times we did it... We left Iraq after the last Gulf War and Afganistan after the Solviets were driven out and everything turned out.
I don't like war, violence without end, death, wounded, or mass displacement. These are all of the negative results of any ongoing conflict, it sucks. Unfortunately, without the strugle we don't get to the part where...
