I can see both sides of the argument, but these guys lost 30 years of life because of these two bozos. If this is true, at the very least, I hope the publicity ruins the prosecutors careers.

It's a "states issue". Just as some states that can keep it out of the ballot box altogether benefits one group, a constitution like this one, and California for that matter, is much more "the people" oriented.

Sue them. I have no sympathy for the nightclub in question. If it was just a dress code violation, I would not have trouble with that. I myself have been declined entry at times because of my clothes not conforming to the club's dress code. But it seems that was not the case.
