It's a "states issue". Just as some states that can keep it out of the ballot box altogether benefits one group, a constitution like this one, and California for that matter, is much more "the people" oriented.

I can see both sides of the argument, but these guys lost 30 years of life because of these two bozos. If this is true, at the very least, I hope the publicity ruins the prosecutors careers.

I remember when travel was fun, I use to love to fly. I won't anymore because you are treated like a criminal the minute you step foot on airport property and that ain't America! I would not have dropped the suit though, I think unlawful detainment would have garnered this guy more than a few thousand in a box, of course getting uncle same to pay off is another matter!
