I work in NYC so I write mostly Taxi hack summons, I bang out about 12 per tour, sometimes I will end up writing nothing but I focus specifically on yellow taxis they have regard for traffic rules and regulations. As far as writing regular moving violations maybe around 1 to 3 per week

We just got a new unmarked...

I don't mind doing DWI's. I had a slick car for a couple shifts and after dark, I couldn't get more than 3 blocks from the jail without having a drunk almost hit me or blow past me. I had 10 DWI's in three nights and 6 of those were right outside the jail. The first night it was funny but it got old real quick.

In Alabama, the Dept of Public Safety issues Driver Licenses. Not saying we
have a perfect system, but if your DL is Suspended,Cancelled, Revoked, or
Denied in another state, you're not getting a DL in Alabama. As my
Colleague correctly noted, you have thirty days after establishing
residency to obtain an Alabama Driver's License. Exceptions are, Active
Duty Armed Forces, and Out of State College...

We're a town with 25,000ish residents, with two of the biggest roads in Central Florida going through us. Our traffic unit is 6 during the day and 2 of us at night for DUIs. We're all in cars (unfortunately, no more bikes). The good thing about working nights on the DUI unit is we still have discretion and give a lot of warnings. That's not the policy for day shift traffic of course... but a ...

I don't know about MO, but Indiana doesn't require any type of certification. Department regs might, but nothing in the IC code. MO may be the same way.

What makes the drag sleds that you have now crap? They don't have to look good, they just have to work. A drag sled is basically just a weighted tire with a known weight. There's nothing really technical or fancy about them.
