cindy...hijacking threads with me as the star...is not the point of the forum... And..it was a ranch...registered polled hereford cattle...over a hundred fifty head. Had all the rest of McDonald's farm animals on it, too. I always just called it a farm. Now...back to regularly scheduled programing...

Chemistry only lasts through the "lusting" phase of a male/female relationship for most people............is short-term. If men and women don't want to learn to work together and development effective verbal communication habits in the relationship, chemistry means less than zero.

The minority (for the purpose of this specific quote) is the group that is “fully capable of playing the traditional role, but they choose not to.” As opposed to the larger group of “average people” that prefer to live in denial and sour grapes. So lets take this statement and combine it with the others to clearly identify how society works. Traditional gender roles are natural. They are a requirement for the survival and replication...

trust me, a 65 yr old woman trying to simper and bat her lashes just looks ridiculous. Actually I knew a 70 yr old woman who'd do it. Different scenario though... she wasnt trying to woo men. She was woo'in her man... Married for like forever ... and her hubby would still puff his chest out when she did it ... ...was very cute watching them together. They were clearly inlove and it didnt look ridiculous They obviously saw each other...

I'm thinking, she's still into him or the thought of him, some think the grass is always greener, even when they were in that field before. If she's testing the waters for a rematch, have a talk with her. Or wait for the "Hey we have to talk" bit. Good luck

The crux is - just because there's no "real" relationship doesn't mean that men and women should be without passion and tenderness. Just because a couple of people are NOT in a "real" relationship doesn't mean they can't get passion and tenderness etc. Just because there's no white picket fence doesn't mean that two people can't give and receive such from one another. While I agree...

The last guy I dated...the first date we went on, as we were following the hostess to the table, I turned my head to look at what some guy was eating. It looked delicious, and I was wondering what it was. I couldn't even tell you what HE looked like. But my date said to me "We're off to a great start. You can't even make it to a table on our first date, without checking some guy out." Sometimes, a look isn't what...

Her: Take out the garbage. Him: I refuse. You know what another word for garbage is? Refuse. That one would be too easy to make a joke out of. "yeah, I know. Now take it out" Har har! Sorry. I had brothers, what can I say?

Your freind sounds like he had an epiphany similar to mine. Being honest and straightforward with people is all that he can be - and even though he has been, he still winds up feeling like he's caused harm to these women. I have all the respect in the world for this man, he sounds like he knows exactly what he wants from his life but he's lucking out when it comes to finding a lady who thinks...

It means one or ALL of the below: A is it he is not really in to her B just after one thing D dont want to be with anyone E To busy C didn't apply cus not all over 30 guys are that way. Advice: Find a guy who isn't A,B,D, or E. May take time and patience. But don't assume all guys are that way. Good Luck!

She probably already wanted out of the relationship, but even then, this is a very sad excuse to give. Move on. I don't believe for one that most women ( caucasian or black or whatever) will have a problem with a kid's race.

My role in a relationship is to entertain the woman by wandering lost in the amazement of being with her, while her role is to make sure the sandwiches get packed on top of the picnic basket so they don't get squished beneath the bottle of wine and the jar of pickles. This is how things have been for millions of years, or at least since 1912, so I am confident of the stability of societal norms...

I don't know about other people, but if I was raped and got pregnant and ended up having the baby I would love that baby no matter what it looked like, and if I was married and he didn't like it he could shove off. I don't think I'd want to be married to someone who didn't have the capacity to raise a child that isn't his anyway.

"ron1902" Surprise, surprise we don't really care whether you get it, and heres the really big surprise when we want to talk it's not always to "fix something" we are more about wanting to "talk" to you and it would be really nice if you listened. But of course we also know that more than likely you won't but thats ok because we will just move on to someone who will, or better yet .... just ...

I personally see such statements as a very negative way to advertise. I am a woman and I need a man who needs me! Nothing wrong with being humble on dating sites.

I don't think it's as simple as trying to remain a challenge. Relationships evolve, dynamics develop -- it's not always going to be like it was in the first few weeks: it's not meant to be. If you're choosing to get involved with women who really think in terms of "I don't have to try so hard because there's no competition" and you place yourself in the role of a kind of trophy, you're going to...

People who want things to go their way all the time in a romantic relationship usually want this in other aspects of their lives. They simply haven't learned about the importance of compromise yet, and they're more in the relationship for them, and less for their partner. A relationship is a partnership. Without giving and taking from both, it won't be a very happy one, will it?
