PSP is on life support because of hackers, not because of options. Game devs do not to make games that won't be bought because of said issue. It sounds here like you want a PS3

really? Well from what i heard so far...I will wait a while and see if Sony fixes a few "bugs" or whatever with the 3000 before i get it.

Gamestop will give you $50 for a PSP Fat, and $70 for a Slim. They had an additional $20 bonus on top of that recently, but unfortunately the offer expired.

LOL selling a bricked psp on craigslist...what a scam...unless u say its bricked. Just send to sony if u still have warranty or if ur psp is a slim or phat then try unbricking it yourself...although that cant be discussed here because it apparently relates to "the other firmware" when it actually relates to both *fw and ofw because you can choose between the two when unbricking... im not sure maybe look on E B A Y ?!?... I have the starwars limited edition PSP and I lost the battery cover and the battery so there is really no use to using mine...I can only use it when it is plugged into the wall or the car... I saw that the PSP store had a battery pack but there is no place where they sell a cover.. anyone know where i can but those? Thanks for the help ...

My sons are constantly using my laptop to play an online game called Roblox. I am considering getting them a PSP to let me get some work done. You know, I never thought about it until I read this article but I do seem to do most of my "portable" gaming at home! befor i say anythign, I am not some noob taht is askign sony to do anything to teh PSP. Why doesn't teh PSP have more taht 100 mb or RAM? 256 Mb or RAM is only liek $20 so why can't teh PSP have 100 mb or somethign like that?

I just found out that the PSP-3000 has been hacked. Some company has made some custom battery or something that puts the 3000 into service mode! Seriously I am disappointed, this was supposed to bring devs back to the PSP. All I see ALL over the internet are news reports in 2006 that say "Sony to have 7000 psone titles available for download on ps3 and psp by 2007" well.... It's 2008, and I only see.... 24 psone titles on my PSP store.... What?! Am I missing something? Where do I go for the other 6976!?...
