I think it depends on where you are actually hitting... sometimes takes 1 shot... sometimes 2.  Not sure if they were trying to keep it more balanced, but it was pretty much the same thing in MW1 at first.  They then adjusted it, so it would only take 1 shot regardless...  unless the guy had Jugger on or something.  I think it should take 1 shot IMO.

Better yet, those that camp in objective based games and only camp for kills....get mad killstreaks and ultimately win the game, due to them laying in a building with their laptop...and not actually competing for an objective.

While the idea of losing points for dying would make the game more tactical, it would turn EVERYONE into campers.  When everyone camps, you mine as well just go watch tv as no one is shooting anyone.  Have you ever been in a game where 90% of the people camp?  It's absolute nonsense!  What's the point of even playing?   And trust me... it takes MUCH more skill to grow a pair and ...
